What is Uncommon Collective?
Uncommon Collective is an elevated social club for adults with disabilities (18+) that is run by experts from the special education field. We recognized that once young adults with disabilities transition out of the school system, they often face limited opportunities for continued learning, social connection, or a sense of community belonging. Our mission is to change that.
Our members will have access to thoughtfully designed social clubs and guided social experiences for adults that prioritize individuality and dignity. For participants, it serves as a space to grow skills, develop friendships, and foster a sense of belonging within an inclusive community. For parents and caregivers, it provides peace of mind, knowing their adult child is part of a supportive, enriching community—one that is safe, social, and led by experienced professionals.
We refer to it as “exclusively inclusive”—a place where everyone belongs, and where each day presents a new opportunity to not just survive, but truly thrive.
