Who We Are
Uncommon Collective is an elevated social community for adults (18+) with disabilities run by experts from the special education field. We noticed that once young adults with disabilities leave the school system, few opportunities remain for continued learning, social connection, or community belonging. We want to change that.
Our members will have access to thoughtfully designed and guided social programs and events that keep member individuality and dignity paramount. For participants, it is a place to grow skills, develop friendships, and feel a sense of belonging and community. For parents and caregivers, it offers peace of mind knowing their adult child has a supportive, enriching community-- one that is safe, social, and led by experienced professionals.
We call it “exclusively inclusive”-- a place where everyone belongs, and where every day offers a new opportunity to not just survive, but thrive.
